It's been one of those months - and then some. The most positive spin I've been able to put on all the crap I've been dealing with is "It could be worse."
Punch, thank you -- the "stuff" interfered with my planned trip to Gatorland last month; I was all ready for you to show me the wonders of FLWright ;-)
I'm always reminded of my favorite Woody Allen quote... the world is divided between the miserable and the horrible so, be glad you're miserable. Love it... glass half full, bottle half empty. LOL
i feel your pain.... my past month or so has been horrific as well. i am wondering what is the lesson.... hmmm loved the visual.... there are days that i miss that glass ... and bottle.
but i 'm feeling a bit neglected that busana danna spamma has not made it my way.... and that's a joke.
hope you are able to ride out the storm and maybe even notice something intriguing things about it once there is a bit of critical distance hang in there.
Doug, I wouldn't give Mama the satisfaction of saying she told me so, anyway!
Harlequin, as much as I've occasionally wanted to imbibe, myself, I haven't even been feeling good enough to bother. Is that pathetic or what? Thanks for the empathy - and I'm looking forward to that "critical distance." Wherever the hell it is!
Mark, it'll find you whether you go looking or not, more than likely. Maybe if you wear camo...
Sending you well wishes...I wish you well.
ReplyDeleteI have felt that way often and sometimes unfortunately something WORSE happening makes you realize that you weren't so bad before. :(
Stay Well and Know that you will endure. Sending blessing your way.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great posting I have read. I like your article.
ReplyDeleteErica, good point!

Sorry to hear this D. I'm going to have to rub the Buddha's belly harder for you.
ReplyDeletebtw, busana feels the same way about several other blogs...including mine. I'm thinking spamo.

ReplyDeleteI went over to check out busana muslim and damned if it didn't turn out to be a fabric site. WTF?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the rubs, jj. It'll get better. Eventually.
ReplyDeleteMr. C, words of wisdom! (And it looks like there's some pretty good sales going on over at busana's place!)
Mama said there'd be days like this, but she didn't say there'd be one after the other, eh?
