Celebrate!

Bravo to the US Supreme Court for yesterday's decision making marriage equality the law of the land. I won't even let the fact that it was a narrow victory temper my happiness. For those gnashers and wailers who believe that the end times are upon us, I would say, I hope so. I hope the end of hate and bigotry and injustice is near.

Now, on to the next battle. Battles.

  1. Lots of exploding heads on the right yesterday. I'm still waiting for Buchan'tnan, Satorump and that unknown preacher dude to light up. Am I gloating...oh yeah!

    1. I'm still shaking my heads at the folks who support corporate personhood but not legislative humanity . . . But they are a noisy, discontent minority.

    1. My darling daughter made the cake, actually. I helped eat it, though!

We'll see what other business the court gets up to . . . There are still too many troglodytes on the bench to suit me.
